I fell behind on paying my bill so I contacted AX to make a payment. The representative offered to check if they could reduce our rates since I mentioned having paid too much. After being with EMNAX for over five years without such high payments, I agreed to see what options were available. To my surprise, I later discovered that she had switched our energy provider without my consent. Unfortunately, this caused some confusion as my landlord took over the bills and will receive the rebate, despite me covering 60% of the costs even during periods when the place was vacant. I have paid most of the outstanding amount and have $[redacted] left, which I plan to clear in the next two weeks. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Benny Ferraro.
