Hello, I am Fred Cisneros, an employee at Baker Hughes. I ordered and recently received a Men's Bracelet in June. Unfortunately, the bracelet has broken before the end of September. It held sentimental value to commemorate my 40 years with Baker Hughes with the engraving "40 Years and a mule". I am reaching out for assistance with the following inquiries: 1. Is it possible to replace or repair the bracelet, and what would be the associated charges for the repair? 2. I am curious if the bracelet is defective or if this issue is indicative of its future durability. 3. If the bracelet is deemed faulty, would a refund be possible?
