I feel frustrated with the app's scoring system. Despite mastering writing, achieving the same in Math feels unattainable. The inconsistencies in scoring, like receiving one point for excellent work or none at all, are demoralizing. It seems the app discourages progression by potentially subtracting points without clarity. Going from being 20 points away from mastery to suddenly being 60 points behind is disheartening. The lack of transparency in point deduction gives the impression of hindering rather than supporting users' success. The goal of reaching master status feels increasingly out of reach, possibly leading users to abandon their efforts before succeeding. I aimed to reach master level, but the unfolding challenges make it seem like an impossible task.

I have been a dedicated user of Elevate for nearly two years. Today, upon opening the app, I was dismayed to find my cumulative number reset to 0. I consistently complete my daily activities, including on Saturday, June 26, [redacted], as usual, before even getting out of bed. Although my home faced a power outage due to bad weather, I believe this incident may have caused the problem. I was about to reach [redacted] consecutive games played, and now I feel disheartened to see this setback. As a 67-year-old woman who diligently engages with your app, starting from scratch is upsetting. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue.

I am nearing [redacted] workouts, my streak almost reached the late [redacted]'s when I do it consistently every night. After my workout on Saturday, I noticed that my streak had been reset because it didn't register my workout on Friday. I am certain that I exercised on Friday as I always do. I do my workouts after midnight before going to bed. The streak is my primary motivation, and I have recommended this to my friends. Losing my streak unfairly would be demotivating, leading me to consider reverting to the free version or even stopping altogether. I have diligently kept up with this routine for over 16 months, eagerly anticipating my 500th workout. I hope this can be resolved as I am devastated by this error.
