I reached out to ECFMG because I have been struggling to schedule my OET exam due to unreturned emails. I urgently need to speak with a representative to find a resolution as my exam must be taken by 12DEC to align with my [redacted] plans. Despite trying to book for a month, I've had no success. I'm considering alternative companies with better customer service for test administration. Unfortunately, when contacting ECFMG, the automated system ended the call due to high call volumes without addressing my concerns.

ECFMG processes applications for international medical students to become doctors in the US annually. This year, they charged an extra $[redacted] for part of the application and an additional $[redacted] for scheduling. Despite promising a 2-3 business day processing time and 5-10 days for certain parts, they have reduced work hours, taken days off, and are now unresponsive to calls and emails due to high volume, even disconnecting calls when contacted.
