I purchased a NOVA 24-E6 yesterday. It came with a certificate showing your company name over a Philippine government statement approving its compliance with PH standards. However, I discovered that the four holes on the back do not have threads for VESA wall mount screws. I'm disappointed that I am unable to use a wall mount with this device. Can you provide me with an explanation for this non-compliance?

Hello, I need some guidance. I contacted eComeltronics through Walmart.com, but Walmart decided to discontinue my Walmart.com app. Despite this, I had some email communication for a few days until Walmart stopped us from communicating further. Initially, I ordered a red medium canister from Walmart.com, but then they offered me a 4-piece set for $11.99 plus taxes, totaling $21.43, which seemed like a better deal. I traveled from Devine, TX, to Houston and placed the order, hoping to ease my financial situation regarding food and gas. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel the individual canister order, so I planned to return them in person to a Walmart store. However, I was flagged and not allowed to return either the individual canister or the 4-piece set, and Walmart refused to price match. I appreciate eComelectronics for intervening with Walmart.
