I would like to apologize for the recent decline in our eBay seller performance. There are two main reasons for this issue: some buyers have not received their orders, and others have received faulty items. Our poor inventory management has led to an increase in cases of items not as described and undelivered items.
To address these problems, we are implementing additional steps alongside the five previously outlined:
1. We have resolved delivery issues with customers who did not receive their orders and implemented checks to verify listing quantities before processing orders. We are also ensuring timely delivery by following up with carriers.
2. To meet eBay's quality standards, we are reviewing and removing products with high return rates, especially those prone to damage.
3. All items will undergo quality control tests and a multi-person final review before shipping to prevent damages.
4. We have hired a team to address these issues and improve our performance metrics.
