I purchased 5 pairs of wide calf 11-14 men's socks for $17.95 each with order #[redacted] at 15-20 mmHg compression. I received an email saying the order was on hold due to a balance for a walker I bought several months ago. I sent a personal check with the initial order, which you cashed, but I kept receiving notices that I owed money. After some back and forth, a check was sent to me which I cashed. I even paid for the shipping of the walker, despite the seat now being broken. I have since cancelled the current order and do not wish to receive any more catalogs. I am disappointed with your bookkeeping, as I have managed my company's books for 62 years and know good accounting practices.

I sent an order form and a check for $58.89 on March 2nd for 3 items. I have only received one item, the AARP Large Print Puzzles. The other 2 items, BrushBuddies toothbrushes and Easy-Read Digital Clock, were supposed to be on back order. The toothbrushes were to be shipped on April 6th, but I have not received them as of April 23rd. I also have not received any updates on the digital clock. I kindly request information on the status and expected delivery of these items.

Order #[redacted]1 placed on June 5, [redacted], by Alice H. Clark of [redacted] Have5hill Drive, Lexington, KY [redacted], has not arrived. USPS confirmed the issue and provided written information. USPS supervisor indicated that the problem was due to Easy Comfort not including the order in the bulk shipment. Please expedite a new order or refund the purchase and shipping costs. Attempts to contact by phone have been unsuccessful. If no email response within 24 hours, contacting VISA to contest the charge may be necessary. Thank you, Alice H. Clark.
