I need to return the Eastwood Non-Contact Thermometer I ordered on 3/20/20 and received a shipping notification on 3/24/20. I reached out before the shipping date to cancel the order, but was told I had to wait to return it after receiving it. I kept it unopened in its original packaging. The emails received did not mention any change in the return policy. I was offered to return the warranty plan instead, which I would like to proceed with. I believe the original return policy should be honored since I was not informed of any updates.
