The EMWD field crew is currently excavating a large hole on my property to link another person's water service. Numerous vehicles and heavy equipment are scattered across my front yard without my consent or prior notice. I am clueless about this construction and wonder if they have the necessary easement for this work to proceed. The crew supervisor provided a contact number, [redacted], for Alex, the field supervisor. Despite attempting to reach out via both the given telephone number and an [redacted] number, I have had no luck in getting through their automated phone system to speak with any representative. I am eager to have a discussion with someone regarding the ongoing activities on my property.
