Eagle Creek Customer Service Issues

Hello, I am a big fan of Eagle Creek products. I own more than 20 packet cubes and three suitcases. Unfortunately, I experienced issues with my Packet Specter Cubes. The zippers on the large cube and half cube both broke in the upper left corner after less than six months of use. When the large cube zipper broke while I was in China, I had to discard it. Now that the half cube zipper has also failed in the same spot, I would like to request a replacement. I have the half cube to send for inspection, but I disposed of the full cube while in transit. I removed the tags, so I don't have the batch number, but the cubes have white with lime green zipper pulls and grey with black zipper pulls. I purchased them in a pack of three which included a full cube, half cube, and the smallest cube that is still in good condition.

I purchased the Eagle Creek Migrate [redacted] L wheeled duffel bag from Great Outdoor Provisions in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, in September [redacted]. While packing for my first use, the top buckle on the duffel broke. On my second use, about a month later, the second buckle used to secure the load over the zipper also broke. With two broken buckles, I am unable to use the bag effectively. I have photos of the broken buckles that I can share to help illustrate the problem. I would appreciate either a replacement bag or assistance in covering the costs to replace the buckles so I can continue using the bag. Thank you for guiding me on the next steps.
