During our stay at the Even Hotel in Brooklyn for the Mayers-Greenblatt wedding on November 3rd and 4th, we were advised of a $[redacted].00 wedding rate per night. However, upon check out on the morning of the 5th, we were charged $[redacted].00 per night instead. This resulted in a $40 overcharge per night, not including taxes. Our attempts to rectify this with Monique at the front desk, who assured us of an immediate email confirming the refund to our credit card, have been unsuccessful. Despite following up with Tiffany, who directed us to speak with the manager later today, the issue remains unresolved after 15 hours, causing increased frustration.
