I have a Dymo Label Maker Model [redacted] that worked perfectly until the latest Windows 10 update. The new driver doesn't seem to be compatible, and I am unable to use my beloved label maker. I am hoping for a solution to make it work again with the recent Windows 10 update. Please contact me at [redacted] or call me at [redacted]. I'm available most of the time as I am retired. Hello, I have been using Dymo label writers for years without any issues, particularly the Dymo [redacted] twin turbo on my PC running Windows 10. Recently, I purchased another [redacted] twin turbo to replicate my current setup on a new PC for my new business location. After downloading the software for Windows, I noticed that the layout and controls are different from what I am accustomed to, which is causing some confusion. I expected the setup to be easy since I bought the same model. Now, I am facing the challenge of transferring my saved labels and address book from my old PC to the new one. As someone not very confident with computers, I would greatly appreciate a detailed guide on how to accomplish this seamlessly so I can start operating smoothly.

I own a Dymo LabelWriter 4XL printer. After not using it for a few months, I found that the settings are now incorrect, causing my labels to print off-center. The label size I aim for is 55 x 30mm, although the SKU label size is actually 53 x 28mm. The document size states it's 2.4 x 0.9 inches, which is incorrect, leading to the label printing half an inch to the right. To resolve this issue, I need guidance on how to adjust the settings to make the label print around 1/2" to the left. Unfortunately, I can't provide a screenshot of the settings as it can't be copied or pasted.

I contacted your customer service number and was assisted by Cynthia at DYMO Consumer Service. She helped me identify the defect in my printer and provided an address for the return. Following her instructions, I shipped the Dymo printer back in April with the label provided and marked the box with case number [redacted]8. Subsequently, I received an email stating the printer was out of stock and that a check would be sent to me. Unfortunately, I have not yet received either the check or a replacement printer. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach anyone by phone. At this point, a replacement printer or a refund is expected given the circumstances. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated to avoid further escalation. Thank you.

I own a Dymo Labelwriter Duo Model [redacted]. When I install Dymo Label 8.5.4, only the printer for the top labels shows, not for the tape. Tried Dymo Connect with the current version, but it requested an update right away. It's important to have the latest version of software available on your site. Dymo Connect only offers a virtual printer, which isn't what I need. I tried to fill out the "Contact Us" form, but it wouldn't submit. Called customer support at [redacted], waited on hold for 32 minutes before giving up. The hold music is unbearable and frustrating. A quick summary: LabelWriter Duo Model [redacted], Dymo Label v8 only showing top label printer, not tape label.
