DupliColor Customer Service Issues

I purchased Dupli-Color automotive primer series filler at O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Big Rapids last night. After nearly 10 hours of prepping and starting to spray the ultimate primer, I experienced issues with the product. It sprayed everywhere and caused huge paint splashes on my finished paint job. This is very disappointing as I strive to do things right the first time. Additionally, I had already faced challenges with bodywork due to another inferior product leading to a significant setback in my project for a customer. I have always been loyal to Dupli-Color and would like to continue using their products, but this experience has left me frustrated. I hope we can find a resolution to this situation. Thank you.

I purchased Dupli-Color Galaxy Blue acrylic paint and acrylic clear gloss. I used six cans of paint on an $[redacted] radiator support panel. After expressing my concerns to Repco, who carry and sell your product, I was assured the gloss would perform well. However, after applying one coat, it began turning white within minutes, completely ruining my paint job and the new panel. I am seeking reimbursement for the six cans of paint, the gloss, and assistance with stripping the paint to start over again. Reapplying the base coat will incur additional expenses. The poor quality of the gloss has caused significant inconvenience and financial burden as I now have to redo the entire painting process. The gloss appeared to have some sort of contamination, and I am disappointed by the outcome.
