After contacting customer service, the representative mentioned merging the accounts and advised me not to make any purchases until the accounts are consolidated. I am displeased with the threat of having a previously unknown account sent to collections. Throughout the years, I have consistently made payments for CW and DRL without fail. In early April, I placed an order for White Compression socks with a zipper for my friend's 87th birthday. I requested them to be delivered to Sarasota, Florida, expecting a total cost of $12.99. However, I received a bill for nearly $25. The promised delivery date was April 13, and I informed my friend, who was excited about the gift. Unfortunately, the socks were mistakenly delivered to my address in Michigan instead of Florida. My phone stopped working on April 5th, so I couldn't reach out to you promptly. Both my friend and I are disappointed. I have been a loyal customer and never encountered such an issue previously. I've tried calling your customer service number over 20 times since Thursday without success. I am eager for your assistance in resolving this situation promptly. Thank you.

I received an email on April 6th confirming the shipment of my order from Dr. Leonard's catalogue. It is now April 24th, and my item has still not arrived. I doubt it would take this long for it to be delivered. I have attempted to contact Dr. Leonard's customer service by phone but have been unsuccessful. Order # [redacted] Item # [redacted]: Butterfly clog size 8 Gray Payment made with my credit card. I cannot find a tracking number and the page shows it is no longer available. Could this be a scam? I placed an order on 2/21/[redacted] and was informed it was on back order, with an expected delivery within a month. However, it has been over 2 1/2 months now, and my order has not arrived. I am frustrated with the long hold times of over half an hour without getting through to speak to anyone. This has happened three times already, and no agent is available to assist me. I purchased two items: a foot elevator for $24.99 (Order # [redacted]) and a set of two rotating night lights for $12.99 (Order # [redacted]). The long wait times and lack of response from customer service are concerning. I am seeking assistance with an order issue. I placed order L[redacted]8 on 6/2/23 before midnight. After receiving an email from Dr. Leonards with a 20% off promotion, I contacted customer service. The representative, "Jess," claimed the discount was applied, but I disagreed after checking the website. I requested either the discount applied correctly or cancellation of the order. I was informed the order couldn't be fully canceled since some items were in the warehouse. There was a discrepancy regarding what items the discount applied to, leading me to request speaking with a manager. Despite spending over 35 minutes on hold, I was unable to escalate my concerns. I am disappointed with the service received and am considering canceling the entire order if the discount cannot be honored as advertised. The lack of assistance and conflicting information make me question the integrity of the company. I expect a resolution within 48 hours.

I made an order late on 6/2/23 - Order #L[redacted]8. Shortly after, at midnight on 6/6/23, I got an email offering "20% off EVERYTHING plus free shipping on orders $79. or more." I managed to speak with "Jess" at 2:05pm today. She mentioned the discount was applied to my $91.91 order, but I disagreed. While on the phone, I checked the website, calculated the total, and saw that the discount was not deducted. I requested the discount be added or to cancel the order. She mentioned canceling the order, but when I asked for confirmation, she said items in the warehouse couldn't be canceled. I asked for a manager after a 35-minute call. I was frustrated feeling misled by Jess. She then claimed the discount was only for clearance items, contradicting the email. Finally, I insisted on getting the discount or canceling the whole order.
