Hello,
I am the owner of the Dryfus Research Growth Fund - Class A account with the account number 6[redacted][redacted] and CUSIP number 26203H201. On June 14, [redacted], I submitted a Redemption Authorization Form with Redemption Instruction (4) requesting the funds to be wired directly to my bank account in Germany. Previously, there was a delay of over 4 weeks when I received a check, so this time I opted for a direct bank transfer.
I am inquiring about the status of my Redemption Authorization Form dated June 14, [redacted]. Can the money be sent directly to my German bank account? I have been waiting for fourteen days and would like to know how long the process will take.
