My Dreamhost account has been suspended due to a $6 overdue payment. Unfortunately, I was late in paying, resulting in a permanent ban. The reason given was card fraud, but I acquired the account from someone else and was unaware of the linked card. I discovered the overdue amount was for my domain only after contacting Dreamhost support. I tried to pay promptly once I knew, but it was delayed. Now, my domain is being held, and I am not receiving responses. I'm willing to pay the full price for the domain or transfer it to another registrar if needed. I've faced this issue for 20 days and have had no response for 10 days. The lack of communication is frustrating. I sincerely ask for assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

I'm facing an issue transferring my domain and need some advice. Currently, I have my domain with HostGator. I plan to develop my site on DreamHost while keeping it live at its current location. Subsequently, I intend to close the original site and switch to DreamHost. I have additional domains I can utilize on DreamHost to develop the site, but I must be able to switch it to my primary domain once it's completed. This transition should ideally only take a day or two.

We have a website hosted by Dreamhost at chelseastagingcompany.com. Unfortunately, we don't have access to it as the person with the credentials is ill with covid and unable to assist us in updating our site, crucial for a new client pitch. The site Admin, Jenna Jaques ([redacted]), who usually manages everything for the founder Eleanora D'Incao (Elle) in London, sent the last email regarding this. Elle has requested my help from the US, but reaching Dreamhost has been challenging, leaving us stuck. I possess the email but am unable to share it here. I am experiencing difficulty logging into panel.dreamhost.com for the past 10 days. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps from the discussion group and testing different routers and computers, the issue persists. Surprisingly, I could log in using my phone's data connection, hinting at a possible problem with the router's interaction with DreamHost servers. While my router functions normally for other websites hosted by DreamHost, the panel remains inaccessible. I recently reset my password but continue to encounter "Err Connection Timed Out" messages. It seems like my repeated login attempts might have triggered a block on my account. Could you please reset my account to restore access to the control panel, or investigate why I am consistently timing out on the panel page while being able to access my WordPress sites effortlessly? I am encountering issues setting up my DreamHost email on my new MacBook Air (system 11.5.2). The Mac technician advised that only DreamHost can provide the IMAP incoming mail server name and outgoing mail server name necessary for setup. I am having trouble entering the problem I typed in as I get a stop sign on chat and upon submission. I am not sure if this is the right place to report an issue. The website in question, briankellyforcongress.com, used to work but now Malwarebytes is flagging it as a fraud site. I am concerned whether this is a false positive from Malwarebytes or if the site is listed in some database as harmful. As I am planning to run for Congress again, I urgently need to resolve this issue. I also attempted to contact support at Dreamhost but couldn't find a way to submit my query. I was informed by one of your representatives that I currently have a starter shared hosting service for my website ameade.design. Recently, I purchased a new domain, learn-english-with-alice, and was advised to upgrade to the shared unlimited plan. Can you please provide me with the cost difference between my current plan and the shared unlimited plan? I would like to know if it's possible to switch my learn-english-with-alice domain to a new starter shared hosting plan.
