Hello, my name is Steven S. Together with my wife, we are avid Dr. Pepper enthusiasts embarking on a bicycle journey from Amarillo, TX to Morehead City, NC. We are genuinely interested in exploring the possibility of Dr. Pepper sponsoring our adventure. Our trip includes two canine companions and our belongings as we aim to showcase the joy of traveling without relying on motor vehicles, promoting an environmentally friendly lifestyle. We hope to demonstrate the pleasures of disconnecting from technology, embracing the outdoors, and staying active. Securing sponsorship from Dr. Pepper for this expedition would not only enhance our journey but also benefit the community and the brand. Thank you in advance for considering our proposal. Feel free to contact me at [redacted].

Dear Concerned Team, I am attempting to participate in your Dr. Pepper Pick Your Pepper promotion. I have encountered difficulties in submitting a copy of the receipt. After two unsuccessful attempts, I realized that the crumpled receipt may have caused the issue. I acquired a new copy of the receipt from the store and tried to submit that, but it was still unsuccessful. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the original crumpled receipt now. I am determined to resolve this matter as I am eager to participate in the promotion. I hope we can find a solution soon to avoid any further inconvenience. Thank you.

I want to express my gratitude for Dr. Pepper. My mother's husband suffered a severe stroke which left him with no mobility and needing a throat tube, unable to swallow liquids. The speech therapist discovered his love for Dr. Pepper when he wrote it down with his only functioning limb. Getting him a Dr. Pepper enabled him to swallow, motivating him in his physical therapy sessions with the promise of a sip of DP. Despite consuming large amounts of Dr. Pepper daily for over three decades, the thought of it keeps him working hard in his recovery. My mother is thankful for Dr. Pepper's role in saving and inspiring her husband. It's a remarkable story that I wish could be turned into a commercial.

Hello, I'm Wyatt Lightfoot. I recently hosted a large employee gathering where we decided to have Dr. Pepper as our drink of choice. Unfortunately, the cases I purchased turned out to be flat and tasteless, unlike my past experiences with the beverage. I kindly request the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group to send me four of the 24-packs that did not meet my expectations. I believe this gesture would be appropriate as the quality of the drinks affected the success of my event. Rest assured, if my request is fulfilled, I will continue to enjoy and endorse Dr. Pepper as the excellent beverage it is.

I purchased Diet Dr. Pepper in the 16 oz bottle, a 6-pack, as usual. Upon opening and drinking, I noticed a strong odor and an unusual taste reminiscent of a mix between strong vanilla and perfume. I disposed of them and bought more from three different stores in my small town, encountering the same issue each time. I am requesting a refund. I also urge your quality control team to be vigilant. The reaction in my lips and throat was concerning, especially thinking about the potential impact on a child. While I have been a loyal consumer of your products for years, this experience has prompted me to stop drinking soda altogether. I hope for improvements in your quality control. Thank you for your attention. Best, Carla Wood

I wanted to address the growing concern about single-use plastics in the United States and the impact on our oceans. I consume your peach diet Snapple daily, and I make an effort to recycle the bottles. However, there are times when recycling is not an option. I suggest that your company takes a lead in reducing plastic waste with a new slogan like 'Made with the best stuff on Earth, bottled in materials safe for Mother Earth'. Despite being a loyal consumer of two bottles of Snapple daily, I am contemplating stopping consumption due to the plastic packaging.

During my 16 years working for Dr. Pepper in Houston, Texas, I faced discrimination for seeking medical help for my mental health and injuries, which led to my termination. Struggling with anxiety and depression and experiencing severe physical symptoms, I sought assistance from my manager but was denied time off to visit the doctor. Despite my efforts to explain my situation, I was pressured to attend work even when unwell. Attempts to address the issue with HR and other managers yielded no action. Incidents where I needed time off due to physical injuries were also met with resistance and retaliatory behavior. The workplace environment became increasingly hostile, with instances of physical harassment and verbal abuse from management. Despite providing evidence of mistreatment, including text messages, there was no resolution or support from HR or management. Ultimately, I was unjustly terminated under the pretext of absenteeism, despite being entitled to take time off. The lack of accountability for the managers involved and the continuous disregard for my well-being and rights culminated in my dismissal three months ago.

I bought a 12-pack of regular Dr Pepper from my local Foodtown grocery store in Houston on 12/01/18. After drinking two cans that day, I opened a third on 12/02/18 and noticed a different smell. Though I continued to drink, I realized it tasted off after the second sip. Concerned, I poured it into a cup and found mold when I cut the can open. I have photos and kept the remaining soda in a plastic bottle. I hope to resolve this issue promptly before resorting to social media. I tried calling customer service but only reached the after-hours message. Cody from the answering service has my contact details, but my phone died before we could finish the conversation.

I recently purchased a 24-pack of Dr Pepper from our local Family Dollar. I drink Dr Pepper daily and buy a 24-pack every other day. However, this particular case tastes old, stale, barely carbonated, overly syrupy, and overly sweet. I initially thought it was just one can, but after trying multiple cans, I found the same issue persisted. It's disappointing as a loyal Dr Pepper fan to experience this, especially since it's the second time it has happened - the first being with a case from our local Price Chopper. Now, with this issue from our local Dollar General, I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of the product.

Dear Snapple, I wanted to bring to your attention the impact of plastic bottles on our environment. As a company that uses plastic bottles, it's important to consider the harmful effects that plastic waste has on marine life. The amount of plastic ending up in our oceans is staggering, with detrimental effects on marine animals. Fish in polluted areas are even found to be less healthy than those in cleaner waters. The slow decomposition of plastic bottles adds to this problem, with only a small percentage being recycled since the 1950s. Many environmental initiatives are working towards reducing plastic use, like the #stopsucking campaign and bans on plastic bags. By participating in these efforts, you could make a significant difference due to your large influence in the industry. Not only is it the responsible choice, but it could also boost your company's reputation. Making a change now can help save countless animals and our oceans. Thank you for considering this plea for environmental responsibility. -A Concerned 15-Year-Old

I participated in a promotion between Dollar General and Dr. Pepper, where I could earn points by submitting receipts of Dr. Pepper purchases made at Dollar General for branded merchandise. The website for submitting, Dr Pepper | Dollar General Loyalty Program, no longer has customer support information. Despite contacting both Dollar General and Dr. Pepper, I received conflicting information on who is responsible for fulfilling the promo products. I reached out via the support email listed on the site in August but got no response. It's been over 6 months since I ordered various Dr. Pepper branded items, investing significant time and money in accumulating points for them. The customer support offered no help, redirecting me continuously. The experience has been a nightmare, and I doubt I'll participate in future promotions from either company. If there's any way to resolve this issue, I would appreciate your assistance.

I wanted to inquire about Dr. Pepper's promotion time frames. I have been a dedicated Dr. Pepper consumer for over 30 years in a rural area in the Florida panhandle. However, I've noticed that by the time our area learns of the promotions, they have already ended. I saw a promotion for a FREE KOOZIE FAN COOLER with the purchase of two 12-packs, which I wanted to take advantage of with the 3 for $11 deal at the Dollar Store. Unfortunately, I didn't have my reading glasses to check the deadline, and when I texted, I found out the promo had expired. I feel frustrated by the misleading advertisements we constantly receive. I know there are more important things to focus on, but this situation compelled me to reach out. Thank you. Sincerely, Aaron W.

There is an issue with the delivery person who stocks Snapple at Kroger and Meijer stores. Five Kroger stores and the local Meijer consistently run out of Diet Raspberry, only carrying Peach and Mango. Kroger currently has a sale on Snapple, but none of the stores have the advertised flavors in stock. This situation is frustrating, as even a manager acknowledged the problem. I live in zip code [redacted] and have visited several nearby stores with no success. While we've switched to other brands, we'd prefer to see this resolved. I suggest reaching out to store managers to address the issue and improve availability. Prompt action on this matter would be appreciated. Sincerely, Ernest W. Z.

Dear Dr. Pepper Team, I recently anticipated trying the new Dr. Pepper Dark Berry flavor launched in correlation with the Spider-Man movie. Despite waiting eagerly for its release on May 1st, [redacted], I have yet to find it in stores even after checking multiple locations for the past three days. My disappointment grows as my desire to taste this unique flavor remains unfulfilled. As an enthusiast, I seek answers. Do you find joy in causing frustration? How many more customers must face this plight? And finally, where can I finally get my hands on Dr. Pepper Dark Berry? Sincerely, The sweet one

Hello, I have been a fan of Dr Pepper for years. I am curious about why the decaf Dr Pepper (not diet, no aspartame) is so difficult to find. Caffeine triggers panic attacks and tics for me due to a psychological disorder. Even small amounts of caffeine affect me. I wonder if it has been discontinued. Where can I locate it? I couldn't find it on the official website. I can't consume diet sodas unless they are sweetened with stevia. Is there any way to obtain your decaf product at a reasonable price? I have been drinking seltzer with stevia flavor, but I really miss Dr Pepper. Please help me with these first world problems.

I have been a loyal consumer of Diet Dr. Pepper for many years, but recently, the 16 oz six-packs I bought from Albertsons in Sherman, Texas have been consistently flat. I have noticed this issue for about a month now, where one six pack is good, and the next one is flat, alternating like that. I plan to reach out to Albertsons soon. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly because I have spent around $10 or more on these defective products. It has been approximately four or more six-packs since this problem started, spanning about a month. I cannot continue buying subpar items without reimbursement or replacement. I value your assistance in rectifying this situation and maintaining my loyalty as a customer of 30 years. Thank you.

I submitted an application to advertise for Dr. Pepper/Snapple using my vehicle as a moving billboard. Today, I received a check for $[redacted].00 along with instructions that made me doubt the legitimacy of the offer. The letter was signed by Franklin Morgan, PhD, and the check was issued by the Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. from Sun Trust. The check number is [redacted]1 and it was issued in my name on July 24, [redacted]. Before proceeding, I need clarification on whether this opportunity is genuine or a scam. I will await confirmation from someone in your main office with appropriate authority. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I just wanted to express my admiration for your company. Being a loyal consumer of Diet Dr Pepper for a long time, I couldn't envision choosing any other beverage. I understand that receiving complaints via email can be challenging, so I wanted to brighten your day with some positive feedback.☀️☀️ 🙂 The exceptional work you do is valued in our household, and I simply wanted to extend my gratitude. If there are any product samples or coupons available, I would be extremely grateful to explore more of your offerings. Thank you and have an excellent day! Heather C.

I purchased a case of 16 oz. bottles of Dr. Pepper today. When I got home and placed them in my refrigerator, they leaked, causing a mess and spoiling some food items. This is the second time this has happened. The first time, two bottles leaked, and the rest were flat, resulting in the loss of two cases within the last 6 months. I did not report it the first time, thinking it was a rare occurrence, but now I have lost another case and approximately $50.00 worth of food. Dr. Pepper is my soda of choice, and I have been a loyal customer for the past 40 years.

I am Wendy Casey, and I am reaching out about a recurring issue I have faced with leaking Dr Pepper bottles. Today, I purchased a case of 48 16oz bottles of Dr Pepper, only to find that all the bottles had leaked in my refrigerator, causing a substantial mess and ruining around $50-$75 worth of food. This is the second time in six months this has happened to me. I believe I should be compensated not only for the sodas but also for the food that had to be discarded. Both my mother and I have been loyal customers of Dr Pepper for approximately 70 years. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your time and understanding. - Wendy
