I, Darlene Gardner, am currently in a dispute concerning an online order, Order #87L6XNND-1, placed on October 11, [redacted], where I did not receive the merchandise. Despite not receiving a confirmation from Dooney and Bourke, I did find one in my email from Klarna, the finance company. I wish to provide you with this confirmation, which lacks a delivery address and date but confirms the order and payment details. I am willing to cooperate with the other involved parties concerning this issue. Thank you for your assistance.

On February 12, [redacted], I returned my purse and got a smaller Dooney and Bourke purse, which I adore. However, after being told I would hear back in 3-5 business days about the refund, there was a delay. I reached out and received this response from Russell at Dooney & Bourke:
"Hi Caroline,
We apologize for the delay in processing your refund. Our system had temporary processing issues. Your refund should be processed within the next 3-5 business days. Keep in mind that fund availability may vary by financial institution.
