Distributel Customer Service Issues

I am experiencing issues with my internet connection, which is affecting my phone service since they are bundled together. I am currently using a friend's laptop to reach out since my own devices are not working. I contacted Distributel yesterday using a friend's phone, but even though the representative was courteous, the problem remains unsolved. They suggested checking our end, including changing cables, but it did not resolve the issue. Our equipment consists of a Zhone modem and a Linksys Wireless G router.

Hello, we are currently subscribed to a TV, internet, and phone bundle. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with our phone service due to using Magic Jack. Numerous phone calls and communications were unproductive, causing us to give up. We continued paying the bundle fee for 14 months until the price increase from $79 to over $[redacted] for internet, now with speeds of 23.5 download and 9.8 upload at $25. However, our actual bill is $55 including TV channels that are available for free with an antenna. Another provider offers high-speed internet for $34.99 annually without modem or installation fees. If a better price cannot be offered, we kindly request cancellation. Thank you.
