On November 22nd, I purchased 2 champagne glasses, Vietri Regalia Cream #RGI-7650C, from Distinctive-Decor assuming they were in stock. However, I learned two weeks later that the items would be delivered by December 22nd. To my disappointment, I've just been informed that the shipment has been delayed again and will arrive on the 27th. I bought this as a Christmas gift well in advance, relying on the store's website indicating the items were available. The lack of transparency is frustrating and not up to professional standards. It would be greatly appreciated to see more honesty in your advertising.
