I encountered an issue with the Disney Applause App during my High School Musical 4 audition. The app unexpectedly closed before the deadline of May 2nd, causing me to lose my hard work. Despite the app stating the deadline was May 3rd, I started uploading my audition before that time. It was approximately 10:00 Western time when I began the process, and I am now concerned about missing out on this wonderful opportunity. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I aim to still be considered for the audition.

Hello, I'm Tina,
I am 10 years old from Lebanon and I have a dream of acting on Disney Channel since I was 7 or 8. I recently found the application, and I'm reaching out to see if the producers at Disney Channel would consider supporting me in pursuing this dream. I am particularly interested in roles in "Descendants" or "Stuck in the Middle," but I am open to other opportunities as well.
I kindly request Disney Channel to consider me for an acting role, as it would mean the world to me. I appreciate any support you can provide in making my dream come true.
Sincerely,
Tina ❤❤

Dear Disney Channel,
I used to be a devoted viewer, finding joy and learning invaluable lessons from your programming every day. However, with the introduction of new shows like "Bizaardvark," "Coop and Cami," "Bunk'd," and "Sydney to the Max," I've noticed a shift away from the quality content that initially drew me in. Although there were standout series like "K.C. Undercover" and "Andi Mack," they are no longer being prominently featured. I believe that by bringing back beloved classics such as "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody," "Wizards of Waverly Place," "Shake It Up," and "Good Luck Charlie," you could attract a wider audience across all age groups. Please consider revisiting your older, cherished shows to rekindle the enthusiasm of longtime fans like me and potentially regain viewership.
Thank you,
Masooma Naqvi

My 7-year-old daughter has been greatly upset for the past 2 weeks after watching an episode of Tangled Ever After on Disney Junior. She experiences difficulty sleeping and cries nightly as the images from the episode haunt her. An email was sent to Alexandria Liakos on March 28th, but we have not yet received a response. Here is an excerpt from the letter she wrote expressing her distress over the episode's content.

Hello, I’m Sarah, and I'd like to discuss why Andi Mack should be renewed for another season. As a child, I faced bullying and racism, leading to anxiety and panic attacks. Watching Andi Mack, I found a relatable character in Andi, who is Asian like me, unlike other shows with American characters. Seeing Jonah Beck have a panic attack in season 2 made me feel understood and less alone in my struggles. The show addresses important topics like teen pregnancy, LGBTQ+ representation, learning disabilities, and mental health. Hearing that Andi Mack was not continuing caused me distress. Please consider renewing Andi Mack for a fourth season to continue its impactful storytelling.

Hello, my name is Sarah, and I believe Andi Mack deserves to be renewed once more. As a child, I experienced bullying and racism, leading to the development of anxiety and panic attacks that carried into high school. Watching Andi Mack, I found solace in seeing an Asian character like myself represented authentically, unlike in other shows. In one episode, when Jonah Beck had a panic attack at Cyrus's party, I felt a sense of connection and realized I wasn't alone in my struggles. The show explores important themes like teen pregnancy, LGBTQ+ issues, learning disabilities, and mental health, providing valuable and diverse content for viewers. The news of its cancellation triggered my anxiety, but I believe a fourth season could continue to enlighten and educate audiences.

I recently purchased Disney+ with Hulu and ESPN+ on Friday, 11/29. While I could sign in to Disney+ and ESPN+, I faced issues accessing Hulu. I was instructed to set up a Hulu account using the same email to receive credit. However, as of Sunday, 12/1, I am unable to log in to Disney+ as it now states I don't have an account. When attempting to sign up for Disney+ again, it indicates I am already a Hulu member and not eligible. I noticed a $2 charge for Hulu but none for Disney. I am eager to enjoy Disney+ with Hulu and ESPN+ and seek guidance on resolving this issue. I am quite frustrated with this situation.

I signed up for Disney Plus but mistakenly entered the wrong email as [redacted] instead of [redacted] Can you assist me in canceling and starting over? I am a Verizon customer with unlimited data, eligible for a free year of Disney Plus. Being older, I find navigating the computer challenging. Thank you.

Hello, I am Noa K. from Israel, and over the past 8 months, I've been working on a movie script - Descendants 4. Despite global challenges, I believe there are solutions to proceed with the project. We can conduct auditions remotely, work on new characters, and even design costumes during this time. I understand the importance of music and dances in the film, and I'm committed to developing ideas for songs. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make this movie a reality. Feel free to reach out to me via email at [redacted] Thank you in advance for considering my passion for this project. - Noa K.

I have contacted your customer service several times regarding your commercials about Black Lives Matter. I understand the current situation, but promoting such ideologies to children is worrisome. I have not received any response to my complaints, and I see more of these commercials airing. Today, I will be reaching out to a lawyer to address the racism and potential child manipulation involved. The only resolution is to remove these discriminatory commercials. It's important to highlight positive stories like the Floyd family receiving compensation or when officers help individuals, instead of focusing on negativity and racism. Your current approach is offensive, and it makes me reconsider being a part of your Disney club or visiting Disneyland. All lives should be valued equally.

Hello,
I am Eric F. I recently received an email at [redacted] informing me that someone in Florida had changed my password, but I am located in Norwalk, CT and did not authorize this. The email included a button to reset the password, but when clicked, it said the button had expired. Upon visiting the Disney website to reset my password, my email was not recognized, even though four emails were sent to it the night prior, but they were addressed to Eva, not Eric. I have been unable to locate a direct customer service line. I am seeking assistance in reversing the changes made by the unauthorized person who accessed my account. Thank you, Eric.

I have a subscription through Verizon Wireless and need to contact a real person for customer support. Disney Plus stopped working on my Firestick 4K, even though it worked fine before on the same equipment. Despite following various tips and resetting to factory settings, the issue persists. I have a wired connection through Cincinnati Bell Fioptics with good speed. When I open the app, I see the Disney + logo and "who's watching" screen, but no profiles load, just a buffering circle. I need assistance to resolve this problem. Thank you.

Growing up on the west coast sharing a birthday with Mickey Mouse, I have cherished numerous trips to Disneyland for special occasions from birthdays to family reunions at Disneyworld in Florida. Planning to celebrate my mother's 80th with a Nascar "ride-along" at Disneyland is no longer an option due to recent changes. The decision to remove classic Disney movies like Dumbo, The Aristocats, and Peter Pan raises concerns about future edits and impacts on attractions like Small World Ride and Pirates of the Caribbean. We believe it is our responsibility, not Disney's, to decide what our children watch and value the lessons learned from past mistakes without erasing history. As a diverse family, we embrace our differences and love each other regardless of race or orientation. We urge Disney to reconsider its censorship and honor the progress made while respecting our heritage. Until then, we will refrain from supporting Disney products.

I am trying to cancel my Disney Channel subscription. I recently moved to a different state, and my daughter had the service. When I reached out to customer service, I was asked about my TV brand, the year it was made, and requested to pay $1 to cancel and provide my credit card information. This process is frustrating. Please cancel my subscription promptly. This should be a simple request without all the unnecessary steps. I shouldn't have to go through all this trouble just to cancel a service. Thank you.

I kindly request that this message be forwarded to the appropriate department. It appears that the disagreement with Spectrum has resulted in the removal of certain channels. I have always enjoyed watching National Geographic Wild, Dr. Pol, and Dr. Oakley Yukon Vet, along with other veterinarian shows.
As an older adult, I am not inclined to adapt to streaming if that becomes the sole method to access these channels (such as FXX). Is there a possibility for these two channels to be reinstated on Spectrum? If not, we will discontinue all interactions with anything associated with Disney.

Hello. I am Deidra Skinner. I have noticed that $12.99 or $14.99 is being deducted from my checking account monthly for Disney+. I have never subscribed to or used this service. Please check your records to confirm this. I would appreciate a full refund for these charges as this is unauthorized, and I need all the money I have. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Deidra Skinner.
