I recently purchased two (2) boxes of Dinovite for Small Dogs, eager to replenish my supply. Unfortunately, my dog seems uninterested in the powder. I have both boxes unopened and wish to return them. I am considering trying the Dinovite liquid instead, but I'm uncertain if my dog will like it either. The Order number is [redacted]83, and my User ID is [redacted]. Both the Order date and Ship date were 12/20/[redacted].
My dog still enjoys the Lickochops and Superomega Fish Oil, so I intend to keep those. Could you kindly provide a "Return Authorization" number and the return address for the unused Dinovite boxes? I may want to exchange the powder for the liquid version, but I'd like to test it first. Your assistance with processing the return of the Dinovite for Small Dogs powder (2 boxes) would be greatly appreciated.
