I have been trying to contact Diners Club for assistance with my upcoming international trip, but it has been challenging. Despite being a member for 35 years, I've been unable to reach a representative. When I call any of their numbers, they request a credit card telephone number password that I was never given. This has made it impossible for me to inform Diners Club about my travel plans. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have to consider closing my account, returning the card, and requesting a refund of the annual fee I recently paid ($95). Thank you.

I need assistance with canceling my Diners Club card, as I am facing charges for an annual fee along with penalties and interest for late payment. This situation has resulted in a 50-point decrease in my Trans Union credit score. I was assured by an employee named Ariel, employee #[redacted]27, that a manager would contact me on Monday, October 30 at 9:00 am to address these issues. Unfortunately, I missed the call when it came in later that day.
My requests are as follows:
1) Cancel the card
2) Waive all fees
3) Remove the negative impact on my credit report.
