Over the past 5 years, I have been battling cancer - initially my own, and later my wife's. During this time, I haven't been able to focus on computer-related matters. Unfortunately, I'm unsure about the services I have with Digital Ocean. I encountered issues logging in and did not receive a verification code when attempting to reset my password. As a result, I am unable to access my website. I kindly request assistance in understanding my current services, how to resolve any confusion, access my account, and clarification on why my monthly payment increased from $51 to $80 over the past 8 months.

Yesterday, I signed up for Digital Ocean and added my credit card details. However, after a deduction of [redacted] INR, I am unable to access my account as it shows as locked. I am merely trying to set up my account and have not engaged in any suspicious activities. This is a new account, so I'm unsure why this issue has arisen. I urgently need to unlock my account to establish a production server for my company and set up a devops pipeline on Digital Ocean. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

Greetings, Since April [redacted], I have been using your service, and it has been charged to my credit card. The website was created by an engineer who scammed us and has now blocked my access. The new engineer assisting me mentioned that I only have access to 20% of the functionality, while the creator has 80%, preventing me from making changes. Therefore, I need to make two requests: first, I require the backup of omaeventos.com, and second, I need help in blocking the other person and granting full access to [redacted] Please provide me with the backup and instructions on how to cancel my account with you as my privacy was compromised. Another person, the engineer, accessed the account without my permission, and I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving these matters.

Dear Support Team, I created a Digital Ocean account in September [redacted] for a homework assignment, but I closed it shortly after. Despite not using all the free credit, automatic payments of nearly 20 Euros have been deducted monthly without an active account. I contacted support via email on November 1st, but have not received a response beyond the automated reply. I am reluctant to (re)open an account due to this issue. I reached out to MsgMsg Digital Ocean Technology Company for a task completion. After completing the task, they requested a payment of five thousand, which I made to Punjab National Bank. During the task, they unexpectedly demanded an additional thirty thousand without prior notice of withholding payment if not made. Feeling trapped in this scam, I seek a refund, requesting the profits deducted from the payment, and the remaining amount returned to me.
