I signed a legal contract with Dave Mattock for $55,[redacted] to build a music school. After receiving the payment, I began the work as agreed. I have successfully completed other projects for him without any issues, as seen in my previous transactions. I deposited the check he gave me into my Wells Fargo bank account. Initially, $[redacted] was released, and $4,[redacted] was scheduled to be released on Tuesday the 17th, with the rest to follow. Unexpectedly, Dave breached the contract without valid reasons, and I am pursuing legal action against him. Four days after I deposited the check, he cancelled it, causing my account to go $[redacted] into the negative. This action was unjust as this matter should have been resolved in court considering it was a contractual dispute, not a criminal offense. I am taking legal steps to address this situation, and I find his behavior unacceptable.

I have a mortgage with DCU for my property at [redacted] Park Drive, Boston, Mass. I recently learned from my insurance agent that my property insurance premium is overdue. DCU is responsible for paying this premium from my escrow account. I kindly request that DCU makes this payment before January 3, [redacted] to avoid policy cancellation with Quincy Mutual Insurance Company. When trying to set up my account, I encountered an issue at the funding step. The message stated that Electronic Check funding was no longer available for this application and prompted me to choose another option. However, no other funding options were presented, leaving me stuck between the instructions for account funding through electronic check or credit/debit card and the screen to select a payment method. This back-and-forth process prevented me from successfully funding and opening a Primary Savings account with DCU.
