I frequently buy Digiorno pizza, finding it to be quite good. However, the two thin-crust Digiorno pizzas I bought a week ago at Giant Eagle in East Liberty (Shakespeare) were disappointing. The dough was thicker and tougher than expected. Although I've bought it before with no issues, these pizzas were not up to standard. I would appreciate a refund or a coupon for a replacement pizza. Thank you for your assistance. Vickie K. [redacted] Singer Place Pittsburgh, PA [redacted]

While checking out the frozen meatball selection at Wal-Mart, I came across your combo box featuring pizza and WINGS. The convenience of having them together caught my eye, but the spelling of "WINGS" as "WYNGZ" was quite surprising. Most people would expect the traditional spelling, so the unique choice stood out. With WYNGZ, even in all caps, it appears quite odd. I was left wondering about the reasoning behind this unconventional spelling.

We have been loyal customers of Digiorno for a long time, even after our favorite Spicy Chicken pizza was discontinued. We have since switched to enjoying the Supreme self-rising pizza, especially because it includes my wife's favorite, olives. Recently, we bought a 3-pack of the Supreme self-rising pizzas from Sam's in Myrtle Beach, SC. To our disappointment, the pizzas did not rise after baking, and the crust was soft, moist, and had an odd taste. This happened with multiple pizzas from the box. Upon closer examination, we noticed a yellowish discoloration on the cardboard base and the pizzas looked the same. We decided not to cook the third pizza as we were still hungry and increasingly frustrated. We have taken photos of the cooked pizzas and packaging for your assessment. We rarely write extensive complaints, but we have always enjoyed Digiorno pizzas as a Friday night family tradition without any quality issues until now. Regrettably, we had to resort to ordering delivery, which is quite ironic considering your slogan stresses it is not delivery. We look forward to hearing back from you.

I recently bought a box of your Does Your Know Stuff Cheese 3 Meat Pizza, a product I have purchased before. When I went to cook it for my family, I was shocked to find hair on top of the toppings that looked like it was mixed in. I have taken photos and saved the hair in a ziplock bag in case you need it for evidence. This is completely unacceptable, and I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent this from happening again. I would appreciate a call back at my number [redacted] to discuss how you plan to resolve this matter. My family was left without dinner, and I am upset at the inconvenience caused by this disappointing experience with your product.

Hello, I'm frustrated with the high cost of gluten-free products as I have a wheat gluten allergy. Traveling 45 minutes to a grocery store in North Dakota, I found your gluten-free pizza expensive and disappointingly thin. Even my pizza cutter struggled to cut through it, and half of the pizza had sparse toppings. I enjoy pizza and would prefer a gluten-free option that resembles your regular pizzas in quality and thickness. Instead of a thin crust, how about developing a delicious stuffed crust pizza for us gluten-free folks? I'm not a fan of cauliflower crust and crave a substantial pizza similar to your non-gluten-free varieties. Thank you for considering creating a more satisfying option for customers like me.

I discovered a long hair in the cheese of my pizza. Initially, I assumed it was mine and removed it. However, on another slice, I found another hair cooked into the crust. Researching online revealed this is a common issue with DiGiorno pizzas. This is unacceptable and revolting. How are these pizzas still being sold? Unfortunately, this is not the first problem I've had with your pizza, but it will certainly be the last.

Hello, we have been loyal fans of Digiorno pizzas for a long time. However, today we were disappointed. I bought both a three meat and a pepperoni rising crust pizza. When I baked the three meat pizza according to the instructions, the crust did not rise as usual, and it remained gooey even though it was well done. The taste was horrible, even the meat pieces were not up to standard. I have not tried the pepperoni yet. The pizzas have an expiration date of August [redacted]. I have photos and the boxes for any information you may need. Each pizza cost nearly $10, and we had to find an alternative lunch option. I would appreciate it if both pizzas could be replaced. Please let me know what information you require. Thank you, Lee Dodge.

I recently tried to contact you via the email address provided on your DiGiorno pizza box. Unfortunately, the email did not go through as it appeared to be not functioning. I enjoy purchasing your products frequently, especially the meat trio frozen pizza, due to its quality and affordability. However, the last pizza I bought was found almost half frozen upon opening. I included the necessary numbers from the box in my text message to you, even though I no longer have that information. The pizza's improper shape caused it to cook unevenly, indicating a defect in the product.

We have been loyal consumers of DiGiorno for a considerable period. Upon opening our Rising Crust 4 Cheese pizza, we encountered a misshapen, oval-like pizza in its sealed plastic bag. The edges were folded and squished, making it impossible to lay flat on the oven rack. It appeared like the product may have melted and reshaped during packaging at the factory, then refroze into its deformed state. It's essential to bring this to your attention as it may have affected other customers in the same supply chain. I have photos of the frozen, pre-cooked pizza in its deformed form. I am willing to share them if you provide a way to upload or email them to you. Thank you for listening. Larry A. PO Box [redacted] Jacksonville FL 32[redacted] Email: [redacted]

Hello, I recently purchased a DiGiorno Four Cheese Self-Rising Crust Original Pizza. I followed the cooking instructions by placing it in a [redacted]° oven on the center rack and baking it for approximately 22 minutes. However, when trying to remove the pizza, I struggled as the bottom crust had sunk between the oven rack bars. It took me around 10 minutes to get it out. The center of the crust remained doughy and uncooked, while the outer crust looked fine. Unfortunately, the pizza was inedible and had to be discarded. I believe I followed the instructions correctly, and my oven functions well with other items. I would appreciate some feedback on this issue and possibly a replacement coupon for the pizza I had to throw away. Despite this experience, I generally enjoy DiGiorno pizzas and might consider trying them again in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Fran

Hello, on February 27, [redacted], I bought three of your DiGiorno Pizzas, all 26 oz with UPC 2-[redacted]-1 and expiration date of October 21, [redacted], Lot #[redacted] 08:23. Unfortunately, all three pizzas were freezer burnt, likely due to mishandling at the store. Despite my return and request for a replacement, none was provided. I believe your pizzas are superior and my family of four exclusively enjoys them, averaging 6-8 purchases a month for years. We even serve them at social gatherings. Kindly assist in resolving this matter. I eagerly await your response. Thank you for your help and support in advance. Best regards, Robyn Francess.

I have some feedback regarding two of your pizzas. Firstly, your croissant pizza has not met my expectations. Despite following the baking instructions precisely, the crust lacks the flakiness and resemblance to a croissant that I anticipated. It tends to burn easily and does not deliver the desired texture. Secondly, the Family Size pizza was a disappointment as well. It falls short in terms of size, not truly offering a family-sized portion as the name suggests. The toppings were scarce, with minimal cheese and sauce, leaving too much crust. This made the pizza unsatisfactory overall. However, I must commend your Crispy Pan pizza. It boasts the perfect size and an ideal amount of toppings. Although priced between $8-9, which gives me pause as I can buy a slightly more expensive pizza from a local pizzeria when I lack the time to make my own.
