I hope you are doing well. I recently bought the Diesel Axial [redacted] model on Sep 11, [redacted], from the Lifestyle showroom in Chennai, India, as a birthday gift for my husband. We have always been loyal customers to Fossil or Diesel products, and choosing your brand for a smartwatch was natural for us. However, only a week after the purchase, the strap started to tear, which was quite surprising given your brand's reputation for quality.
I am contacting you with great disappointment as this watch was a gift, and experiencing this issue so soon is disheartening. I have attached some pictures for your reference. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know what can be done from your end.
