Dickblick.com Customer Service Issues

I had a frustrating experience during a recent live chat discussion with Blick's customer service. I believe that customer complaints should be taken more seriously. Despite being a frequent shopper at Blick, I am considering taking my business elsewhere due to this experience. I was disappointed when my order did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date provided by FedEx, causing me unnecessary stress. Even after leaving specific delivery instructions, my package was not handled as requested. The resolution offered, a $5 Valued Customer Coupon, did not seem sufficient given the situation. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the handling of my order and the reliance on FedEx for deliveries.
