I recently purchased a Harley Davidson Softail Deuce primary cover from Dennis Kirk. The product was advertised as an exact fit, but unfortunately, it did not fit my bike as promised. I am disappointed as I was looking forward to riding with my group of friends this weekend. Due to this error, I am requesting a refund from Dennis Kirk. I have always been satisfied with their service in the past and hope to maintain a good relationship with the company. Given the circumstances, I believe the return shipping costs should be waived since this situation has caused me a significant financial loss. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.
