In September [redacted], I purchased two Porter-Cable 20-gallon portable belt drive air compressors. I use them for flooring work and take good care of them. Recently, the valve stem broke on both compressors. I couldn't find the replacement valve stems at Menards where I bought them, and I am disappointed with the quality of the pop metal used. I am looking for advice on where to purchase replacement parts without having to buy new compressors. Providing the SKU number: [redacted]99 for reference, I hope someone can assist me in finding the double valve stem needed. I value the Porter-Cable brand but am hesitant to invest in more if the parts are not durable. In July, I responded to the recall on #PCX362010 table saw. I followed the instructions to cut all the wires, sent the photos and information. After nine weeks, I called to check on the refund status. I was informed the check was sent out the previous week and I should expect it today or tomorrow. Two weeks later, I called again to inquire about the status. The representative mentioned they needed to investigate further and would issue a new check if required, promising to update me. Sadly, I did not receive any follow-up. After more than two weeks, I called once more and received the same response. During this time, I have been without a saw and have yet to receive a proper response. Our workshop is filled with Delta and Porter Cable equipment, but I am now disappointed. Please address this issue promptly as I feel let down by your company.

Hello, I own two Porter Cable PCC670 20-Volt reciprocating saws and am in need of two motors and pinions with part number [redacted]3. I have searched extensively online and locally, but the part is either discontinued or unavailable. It is frustrating to see this saw still being sold new without the necessary replacement parts. If possible, I would appreciate it if you could provide the two motors and pinions for repair or send me two new PCC670 20-Volt saws at no cost. I regret not taking advantage of the warranty replacement earlier due to the complicated process. If a free replacement is not possible, please guide me on where to acquire the motors as even M&M Tool is unable to source them. Alternatively, a reimbursement of $[redacted] to purchase two new saws from Amazon, including tax, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
