Delphi Customer Service Issues

I bought a sturdy Delphi stereo over a year ago. The CD player stopped working, and the retailer offered to exchange it for half price. Now, after less than a year of having the new one, the phone button, three preset buttons, and menu button are not working. I've already spent $[redacted] on both radios. I believe that for the price paid, the radio should last longer. I am requesting an even exchange for the faulty one and will return it.
