I placed an order for two refurbished laptops (Order #[redacted]52, Purchase ID #[redacted][redacted]) and paid for expedited delivery to receive them by Friday. However, Dell accidentally processed duplicate credit card charges, resulting in Discover placing those charges on hold. I promptly approved the charges with Discover to avoid delays and emailed Dell to proceed with shipping the laptops as scheduled. Despite my efforts, the order was unexpectedly canceled after two days of being in processing status. I contacted customer service but was disconnected after a 30-minute wait. I am looking to repurchase the laptops and request expedited shipping without extra charges, considering the cancellation was due to Dell's error.

I recently purchased a laptop with an external disc drive and was advised to get something to facilitate the data transfer from my Windows7. Can you please provide me with an itemized statement of my purchase? I am concerned about the internal battery and the necessity of an external hard drive. It seems impractical to have to handle both. Could you clarify if the item needed for data transfer was included or sold separately? I did not receive an email confirmation at [redacted]; please resend. Thank you.

Hello Dell, I need to report an issue with a declined VISA card transaction that occurred yesterday. I have been a loyal Dell customer for a long time, and it is unacceptable for my transaction to be declined. I contacted VISA, and they have confirmed they have no record of Dell or any other company declining my card as of May 2, [redacted]. I would appreciate it if someone from Dell Sales could respond as soon as possible as I am still interested in purchasing the Dell 27" 1080P monitor. I am located in the USA, and my VISA card credit score is excellent. There seems to be no legitimate reason for Dell to decline my purchase attempt. My VISA company has verified that my card was not declined, so it is important for Dell to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you, R. Robinson California

Given the reliability that Dell offers, I am looking to purchase the Dell G15 as my next personal device. However, I have been unable to locate this model on the Dell website, my preferred shopping destination. I did place an order with Flipkart, but it seems uncertain whether it will be fulfilled. I received your message dated April 22nd addressed to "Sharon Mary" and I want to express my disappointment in the delay of getting a response. It took two weeks for a reply to my initial inquiry, and now it has been 19 days since my follow-up questions were submitted without a response. This prolonged wait time for simple queries has led me to source and set up another computer elsewhere before hearing back from Dell. Despite this, I still hope to receive clarification on whether the XPS 17 Laptop supports connecting to an external monitor, keyboard, and mouse, as well as if additional adapters are necessary for USB 2.0/3.0 connections. Additionally, I am seeking confirmation on whether the headphone jack allows for connectivity to external speakers. I trust that these requests can be addressed without further delay.
