Hello, I am concerned about the lack of response regarding my complaint about the service TAG number HVJ6J72. The dispatch performed by the company's Advanced Returns and Replacement Department has caused me 19 months of warranty support loss for my machine, the [redacted] Precision Workstation. This incident not only resulted in damage to the BIOS, Nvidia 4GB video card, and various ports but also led to the loss of data stored on the equipment, including a 64GB memory and three SSDs (2TB 2.5" 7mm and two 1TB M.2). These details are all documented on my Dell registered products and Support warranty. I urge you to address this matter promptly.

Since you had a hold from 07/14/[redacted] to 09/17/[redacted], the services you claim you received shouldn't have been provided. I have thoroughly checked, and there is no Service Request generated for us sending a box for this service tag. It is recommended that you reach out to the technician who assisted with this request or contact the technical support department, as they have the authority to create dispatches for sending equipment back for repairs. Typically, technical support includes a prepaid shipping label when sending a box for repair, which serves as proof of service. Unfortunately, my department cannot resolve this matter as we only handle the return of defective parts after replacements are sent. Please reach out to the individual who sent you the box or someone from their department to address this issue.

On June 8, [redacted], I had my old DELL Laptop PC XPS15 [redacted] replaced with a new DELL Laptop PC XPS15 [redacted]. However, setting up the new laptop has been challenging for me. I have been using Outlook for over 20 years to send and receive emails, but recently lost access to it. Despite contacting DELL Tech Support, they set up my email to go through Yahoo instead of Outlook on the new laptop. I need assistance to configure my new laptop to use Outlook for emailing as I prefer.
I also need help transferring Adobe PhotoShop CS5, Illustrator, Fireworks, Flash Pro, Dreamweaver, CorelDRAW Graphics Suite [redacted], McAfee Total Protection, and other software from the old laptop to the new one.
