Defender.com Customer Service Issues

Hello, my name is Larry Snider. I recently had Defender Care service check my Macintosh because my email login page was showing Google Chrome. I contacted them to perform a test and try to fix it. After 4 and a half days, they couldn't change it back. When I later contacted them via email, they mentioned my Safari was corrupted without disclosing that all my data including bookmarks, banking information, and more were gone when they closed the session. Now, Google Chrome is my login page which I didn't want. I requested to speak to a manager but never received the call promised for the 20th at 1:00 PM. As I am in California and have limited time to contact them, I am disappointed with the service provided. I am now seeking a refund of the $[redacted] paid. I was recently contacted by Defender regarding security camera installation services. However, I declined due to concerns about a potential impact on my credit score. Despite my request to not have my credit pulled, a manager proceeded to check my credit without my consent, causing a significant drop in my score. I am deeply disappointed by this breach of trust and do not wish to engage with Defender in the future. I kindly ask Defender to rectify this issue and remove any negative impact from my credit report. I believe the recorded phone conversations can verify my account of the incident.
