I have been trying to obtain a tracking number via numerous phone calls and emails. The lack of response and incompetence of the customer service team is extremely frustrating. It seems essential for the company to reevaluate their training methods and enforce a higher standard of customer service among their employees. Despite the significant amount of money and time I have invested in this issue, I have not been granted a simple tracking number. This experience has made reaching out to Daytimer for assistance more stressful than it should be. The lack of transparency and respect for loyal customers is disappointing. I am considering discussing my experience on social media to share my dissatisfaction with Daytimer.
