Yesterday, I attempted to purchase a *-month subscription on your website. However, I received an error message stating that the payment was not accepted. Upon checking my account, I noticed that you charged me [redacted] kr. I would like a refund for this transaction. Today, when I tried to log in, I was informed that my email address was not registered. After re-registering, I was prompted to make a payment again. I kindly request that my money be refunded promptly. Thank you.
