I bought a Dash and Albert runner in mid-April through Gracious Style as recommended by Annie Selke. However, I received two of the same runners for $[redacted]. I spoke with Chelsea from Gracious Style, who advised me to return one. My husband sent it via UPS on 4/30. I am waiting for the $[redacted] credit on my VISA as promised but haven't heard back yet. I am concerned and want to know if you received the rug. UPS marked the package "return to sender." Although we don't have a tracking number, my husband visited UPS in Tucson. I chose to order through Annie Selke because of past positive experiences and recommendations about Dash and Albert. I am extremely frustrated with Gracious Style. I hope to receive a prompt and positive response soon. Thank you, Tamra (Tammy) Swanson.
