I am Kim J., a professional watercolor artist, and I am experiencing issues with your watercolor ground. As I prepared for my trip to Costa Rica, I applied this product to 14 birch wood panels to test its performance, only to find that it does not meet my expectations. The product causes my hard lines to become fuzzy, making it challenging to achieve clean lines and transparent light values, hindering me from laying down glazes essential to my watercolor process. I have bought two large containers of this watercolor ground, intending to use one during my trip. I seek a credit for both containers of watercolor ground and the panels purchased from Jerry’s Artarama, as they are now unworkable. I am willing to provide photos for further clarification. I believe that receiving a credit would show that you support not only your products but also your customers.
