Hello,
I purchased two bladeless fans in July [redacted]. Initially, they worked fantastically. However, a little over a year later, one fan began turning off while in rotation mode and could only be used without rotation. Now, that same fan has stopped working altogether. The second fan is exhibiting similar issues, only working when not rotating. Given the cost of these fans, I expected them to last longer than two years. I would appreciate any advice on how to repair them.

I purchased a Daewoo KOC9C5TR 900W 28L microwave on the 15th of June [redacted] from The Powerhouse in Jersey. Unfortunately, the microwave stopped working in September [redacted]. Upon investigating the issue, I discovered that there was a protective film covering the top and sides, including the vents, which was not visible to the naked eye. This film caused the fault as it blocked the ventilation openings. The lack of a clear warning to remove the protective film has left me feeling disappointed as I believe this to be a manufacturer's error. Despite this setback, I am interested in purchasing the same model as a replacement for my faulty unit.

To whom it may concern,
Hello,
I am Alicia. I purchased a Daewoo washing machine, model DWF-300GASE DECI, early in January [redacted]. The machine's serial number is MW182E[redacted]4, and it was manufactured on February 14, [redacted].
Recently, my mother also acquired the same washing machine in Sint. Maarten in the Caribbean. Despite being just 8 months old, the control panel's motherboard has malfunctioned. I have diligently followed the user manual's instructions, which involve setting the water temperature, adjusting the water level, and pressing the start button. However, the machine keeps shutting down when trying to start a wash cycle.
We consulted a professional who confirmed the motherboard's fault and recommended ordering a new one. Unfortunately, finding a replacement online has proven to be a challenge. While we appreciate the quality of the machine, it is disappointing that such a vital component has failed.
Could you please advise us on how to obtain a new motherboard for this otherwise excellent washing machine?
Looking forward to your prompt response. Thank you.

I bought a Daewoo Microwave KOR9LBKCR from Onbuy.com sold by Electrical Emporium. The microwave came without a guarantee, and I've been unsuccessful in reaching Electrical Emporium for clarification. My previous Daewoo microwave lasted 15 years, and I was very happy with it, hence selecting a Daewoo model again. Can someone please verify if my purchase is under warranty? Grateful for your help. I purchased the air conditioner back in June, but it wasn't working properly. I contacted Daewood, and they requested a copy of the receipt and the cord from the air conditioner. I spoke with a gentleman named Adrian and someone named Jenny. Despite being told I would receive my refund check by 11/26, it is now December 8th, and I haven't received any updates. Every time I call the number provided, they hang up on me. I've been patient for 6 months now, but each time I call back, they either hang up on me or don't answer. I've tried to speak to a supervisor, but they always say one will call back, which never happens. I just want my refund back; thank you.

Hello, I'm Jerry Phillips. I purchased a Daewoo convection/microwave in May [redacted] from Amazon. In November, while making dinner using the convection feature, I placed my hand on the top of the microwave to check if it was hot, and it blew sparks and tripped the breaker. I contacted Daewoo customer service and spoke with Adrian. He instructed me to cut the cord and send him a picture, which I did. Then he asked me to dispose of the unit, and I complied. He informed me that the refund would take 6-8 weeks. Upon calling on 01-12-[redacted], there were connection issues. Despite several attempts, I was unable to reach customer service. I provided them with a picture of the Amazon purchase and seek a refund.

Good morning,
I purchased a refrigerator from Lady Lee store in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. After 4 months, it started having issues, and following the instructions in the manual to adjust the cooling did not solve the problem. I had to leave the country for work as a sailor in Spain. Upon returning, the problem persisted, and when I tried to raise a complaint at the store, they requested the invoice which I did not have at the time. Now that I have the invoice, they claim the warranty expired 10 days ago and refuse to assist me. The refrigerator is in like-new condition, and I believe they should take responsibility. I trusted the Daewoo brand for quality, and I hope for a resolution to the cooling issue. Thank you.

Hello dear Daewoo team,
We have a concern and are unsure who to address it to. Our microwave (a "family heirloom from my mother") nearly caught fire last night. It has always been cleaned and well maintained, so we are certain the fault does not lie with us. It was running for about 2.5 minutes when the plastic base that the turntable sits on started melting and briefly caught fire. This should not happen, especially not after such a short time. We would understand if the microwave was older, but after only about 3 years, this should not occur. Thankfully, it was not on for longer and we were in the room to extinguish it immediately.
My question now is how to resolve this issue and what assistance the manufacturer can provide.
Best regards,
Yvonne L.
