Hello everyone,
I need assistance with two matters.
Firstly, I am yet to receive my card. According to the app, the card was shipped and expected to arrive by June 8th. However, it is now June 15th, and the card has not reached me.
Secondly, I have faced issues using the Vivid virtual card on Curve at live POS terminals in Lidle and Kaufland stores, despite having sufficient funds. I am unsure if there is a specific reason for this problem or if I am possibly not using my phone correctly.

A day or two ago, I ordered a CurveDream product: a medium-sized navy coat with grey lining, hooded, with a zipper and long sleeves for $37.99 (42% off). With standard shipping at $9.99, the total due is $47.98. The order was placed by Deirdre "Dee" Lewis at [redacted] When trying to pay with a registered gift Visa debit card, I received an error message multiple times saying, "An error has occurred while making the payment." Despite checking the card balance, it should cover the amount. Then, a message asked for $1.00 upfront and $40.00 monthly to join Howly, which seems excessive for a purchase of that value. Moreover, my gift card states it may be only valid in the US. Where is CurveDream located?
