This company has frozen my funds/assets. They keep auto responding daily with the same message about waiting for data from my bank. What is still being examined on the bank's side? I have provided my past statements showing all transactions and everything requested. Due to this unnecessary audit, my wife and child are currently in Europe without funds. I planned to send them money through your services, but the funds are frozen, and they are unable to access essentials. Please understand my situation and expedite the process. I am willing to assist with any information needed from my bank. Avoid sending another auto-generated response and consider the urgency of my request. Please resolve this soon so I can access my funds and support my family.
