I would like a full refund after my disappointing experience with a third-party credit repair company. I have not received the documents I sent to [redacted], and I am now disputing this with my bank. I am upset about being charged $99.95 for a 2-for-1 deal from Lex, followed by an additional charge of $59.97. Lex also obtained my credit reports from another third-party company for $14.99 each, totaling $[redacted]. When checking my credit with TransUnion, I noticed my address had changed to my boyfriend's address without my approval. I was spoken over by Dominic at Lex and given an unsatisfactory explanation. My credit bureau accounts are frozen, and I suspect foul play. I demand my account be closed, and I seek a confirmation number which I have not received despite requests.
