I previously used a four-digit PIN to sign in, but now it requires an email and password. I am unable to log in, and the online help is not effective. I have tried other methods, but my social security number and date of birth do not match. I am frustrated with trying to seek assistance. It seems like I do not have the correct password. I am considering deleting my Credit Karma account altogether. It's frustrating that getting help seems impossible. Even when attempting to reset my password, it never goes through. A couple of weeks ago, my account was hacked, and I've since updated my email address and password. However, I can't find where to change this information. As a result, I decided to cancel my account and create a new one. Unfortunately, when trying to open a new account, I keep receiving a "Whoops. Something went wrong. Try again later!" message. It's frustrating not being able to find a phone number for support, and the live chat window doesn't properly display on my screen. I can only input my name as the email address box is not visible. This situation is truly confusing.

When trying to log in, I input my username and password, then the site requests my social security number and birth date. I have already provided this information and given the rise in scams, I am hesitant to submit it again. If you only need the last four digits of my social security number, that is acceptable. It's important to be cautious about sharing sensitive details.
Moreover, there seems to be an issue with Credit Karma deleting an account that remains active on my profile. It is causing confusion since the account is still open.
Additionally, my credit score is inaccurate. I made extra payments on one of my accounts at home, but it has not been updated on your platform. This discrepancy might be related to the deleted account causing discrepancies in the information displayed.

I need help freezing my account because I have been unable to access it since February, and my tax return is set to be deposited there. There is nearly $1,[redacted] expected to be deposited into my Credit Karma account, but I'm unable to log in as it doesn't recognize my device. Despite changing my password after receiving emails to my Gmail account, I still face the same issue of being blocked out. I recently applied for a Capital One credit card based on the recommendation provided by Credit Karma. Despite having what Credit Karma indicated as a good chance of approval with my Equifax and TransUnion credit scores at [redacted], my application was denied. Capital One cited reasons such as my credit score being reported as missing or invalid by TransUnion, and an inability to validate the phone number I provided, which is a legitimate Google Voice number ([redacted]). I noticed that my income tax payments were incorrect, with details on my account that did not match the information I provided. I have been a victim of identity theft since February [redacted]. I have put a fraud alert on my credit report. The person who stole my identity has my real driver's license and other personal details. They used my social security number to open a Credit Karma account. I have filed a police report. Is there a way to close this account or update the email so that only I can access it?

Recently, I noticed my credit score dropped by 19 points on Credit Karma. Although I've been consistently making on-time, full payments, one of my cards is now at 55% utilization. We took action by paying down $3,[redacted] on that card to prevent further damage and always pay the balance by the due date. It's frustrating to see a reduction in my credit rating when I work hard to keep a strong credit record. I'm puzzled by what could be causing this sudden drop.

On February 24th, I raised a dispute with Credit Karma, unaware that the charge was from my other debit card. The amount was withdrawn from my debit card, and Credit Karma credited my account on April 26th. However, on April 26th, they reversed the credit without reimbursing my other debit card. Subsequently, on April 28th, a $[redacted].69 credit from Target was also not returned. Currently, my debit card reflects a negative balance of $[redacted].27, and Credit Karma shows a matching amount of $[redacted].27, with an additional $[redacted].69 credit from Target through Credit Karma. I am concerned about the total sum of over a thousand dollars that appears to be missing, which is alarming.

I have an old email on file that I can't update. I have answered all the necessary questions, but when it asks for my driver's license, it gets stuck on "processing" and doesn't progress further. I clicked on the option to speak with an expert, but they are asking for $1 to reset an email I don't have access to anymore. I am experiencing a concerning issue with Credit Karma. Despite reaching out to them fifteen times, speaking with agents, and being assured that my problem has been "escalated," it has been four days without any resolution or communication from a supervisor. While agents claim my account is not frozen, I am unable to access my funds. Despite receiving new debit and virtual cards, there is still no access to my money. Getting paid two days early through Credit Karma is crucial for me as a single parent to an eight-year-old girl. However, with this problem, I am facing challenges such as potential water cutoff and inability to pick up my truck from the shop. This has resulted in escalating expenses like frequent Uber rides for daily necessities and work obligations as an outside sales rep. Despite Credit Karma opening a new account, the issue persists, leading to declined transactions and unnecessary fees. Feeling frustrated after the last agents hung up on me, I am left without essential funds for basic needs. Urgent assistance is needed to resolve this matter promptly to avoid further financial strain and disruptions to daily life.

I have noticed that my Equifax file information on my Credit Karma account showed my file as "closed" on May 14, [redacted]. I was unable to reach you by phone, so I am reaching out via this message for clarification. I contacted Equifax today (Monday, May 15, [redacted]), and they confirmed that my account is current and not closed. After checking my Credit Karma account this morning (May 15th), I found that my file with Equifax now displays the correct information as you report. The incorrect information you provided, stating my account was closed and marked as "consumer deceased" on May 14th, is concerning. Equifax suggested that a third party might have confused my information, possibly my name, with that of a deceased individual.

I have about four or five old credit card bills from around [redacted] to [redacted]. I fell ill in October [redacted], and despite closing them out, they still reflect on my credit report. The problem is with the dates being inconsistent. Some show as if they were opened or closed recently, while others show the accurate old dates. This causes confusion as it appears that both the old and new status of the cards are being reported simultaneously. I feel that if one is sold or settled, only that information should appear, not both. It's frustrating to see both statuses on my report, implying that I am responsible for paying off both when that shouldn't be the case.

I am having trouble accessing my account due to incorrect information provided. Instead of sending a text to my cell phone number, it was mistakenly sent to my landline number. I have requested this correction multiple times but it has not been rectified.

My account got deactivated because of an accidental dispute I raised during a live chat. The representative was supposed to cancel the dispute, and mentioned that I would receive an email at the address [redacted] linked to my account. However, I no longer have access to that email as I forgot the password. I tried to update the email to my new one, but without remembering my Credit Karma password, I am unable to make the change.
