Hello, I purchased a Fossil Townsman automatic watch model ME3181 from Creation Watches around 8 months ago. I am fond of the watch, but it recently stopped working. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue by following various methods such as gentle swinging, shaking, and watching instructional videos, I have not been successful. I have tried winding the watch both clockwise and counterclockwise as per the manual instructions, on winding dial settings 1 and 2, but it only ticks for a few seconds. I suspect there may be an issue with the winding dial as there is no noise when trying to wind it in either direction. I am not knowledgeable about watch repairs, but I believe the problem lies with the winding mechanism. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I have shared my positive experience with Watch Creations to others and hope to continue doing so. I have checked your website, and I believe the issue should be covered by the one-year warranty. Regarding Order Number: [redacted]4. I have received my order, but I am having trouble setting the time and date on the watch. I can't seem to pull the crown out from the side to make the adjustments. I'm unsure if there is another way to do it or if I'm missing something. I even had a friend who knows about Tissot watches try, but he also couldn't figure out how to move the crown.
