Cox Internet Connectivity Tech Support Customer Service Issues

I recently contacted online tech support regarding my internet service. I experience disruptions when streaming movies as the movie repeatedly stops and starts, suggesting buffering issues. Strangely, this problem began following my complaints about billing, which I find concerning. Each month, without fail, I must raise the billing issue 2 or 3 times before it gets resolved. Unfortunately, despite seeking assistance from tech support, the problem persists. The constant interruptions while streaming are incredibly frustrating.

I have been without reliable internet for more than a week now. When I tried accessing my account, I realized that my email address was misspelled, making it impossible for me to log in. I need assistance in restoring my internet connection. I acknowledge that my payment is slightly overdue, but I discussed this with a customer service representative who confirmed I have until the 20th to make the payment. I would be grateful if the internet could be reconnected in the meantime. The customer service representative mentioned there was a problem leading to the internet disruption, possibly an outage.
