Cox Communications - Orange County, CA Customer Service Issues

My WiFi is not functioning correctly. Despite ensuring my bills are up to date, rebooting the connection, and verifying there are no outages in my area, my Internet inexplicably remains offline. This issue has persisted over the past week, and I find it unacceptable to be experiencing this inconvenience after being a dedicated customer to Cox for over three decades. The service disruption has had a significant impact on both my work and personal life, resulting in both financial and productivity losses. I kindly request Cox to promptly resolve this matter and consider prorating my bill as a gesture of goodwill towards a long-standing customer.
