For the past 14 years, I have been caring for my wife, who is a paraplegic with a neurogenic bladder and uses a Foley catheter. This morning, I discovered that the Dover-Covidien [redacted] ml. urine drainage bag #[redacted] I opened last night was faulty, causing all the urine to leak onto our carpet. The lot number is [redacted], expiring on [redacted]-10-01. Should I perform a water test on this product before using it in the future? Also, I am curious about any compensation for the cleanup expenses. If needed, can I send this defective product back for inspection? Please provide guidance.

I am inquiring about the availability of the Feed and Flush set from the company. It would be helpful if the company could create an adapter for the single bags for instances when there is a shortage of the enteral and flush bag set. My mother relies on the joey/kangaroo epump enteral with flush bag set. I purchased two cases from Amazon to last for two months, but I noticed a significant price increase to $[redacted].00 for 30 pieces. I am wondering why the item is on back order and when it will be back in stock. Thank you, D.T.
