I recently received my order, a prom dress in size 10. However, upon inspection, the hand written label, sticker, and actual tag inside the dress all indicate it's a size 2 which is much too small. I tried reaching out to the customer service team on Saturday following the specified operating hours of 9 am to 5 pm, but no one answered the phone all day, and my emails have gone unanswered as well. It's frustrating because I had to cancel my fitting appointment due to this mix-up. I simply want the correct dress I ordered and hope to resolve this issue promptly.
