I purchased a king-sized quilt to replace one that got lost during my move. The day before the new quilt arrived, I found my original one. I contacted Country Door to let them know I would be returning the new quilt in its original packaging as I no longer needed it. Last month, I received an invoice stating that my credit card would be refunded for the return. However, this month I see they are attempting to charge me for the refunded amount. Unfortunately, I have been unable to speak to a customer service representative to resolve this issue.

I placed an order on November 24th for a personal sterling silver necklace with the order number [redacted]4. The item, with the item number NW771053, was supposed to arrive on December 10th. However, as of December 22nd, I have not received the item, and my account indicates that it has not even been shipped. This was intended as a Christmas present, but unfortunately, it will not arrive in time. In light of this, I tried to cancel the order and I am requesting a refund.

The picture was misleading. I thought I was purchasing a daybed with trundle for $[redacted]. When the package arrived, it only contained the trundle part. After checking my email to confirm the order, I contacted customer service to seek clarification. The representative I spoke with was rude and insisted that I was mistaken, even though the website did not clearly indicate two separate items. When I mentioned the option of returning the incorrect item, I was informed that I would have to cover the return shipping costs. Despite my concerns about the shipping fee, the representative was unhelpful and continued to argue. When I requested to speak with a manager, she claimed to be a supervisor but eventually hung up on me. Subsequent calls went unanswered as the office was closed. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience.

I ordered some pans a while back but they were on back order. After waiting for three months, I finally received them. I made a payment online, but then got an email saying they couldn't accept that form of payment, so I used my debit card. Now, I received a notice that my account is past due, despite the payment coming directly from my bank. I want to pay off my account, but I prefer speaking to a customer service representative instead of online. Also, I would like the two-dollar fee waived since I made multiple attempts to pay and now have late fees added.

I've been attempting to contact Country Door for the past two days, but all I keep hearing is that they are facing a high volume of calls and to try again later. I've tried four different numbers, and it's the same message each time. I had received a damaged item which I returned, only to be informed that the item is out of stock until June [redacted]. They put the item on hold, but I've decided to cancel the order. The details are: order #[redacted]1, item #nn[redacted].

I've spent over 30 minutes trying to log in to your website, but I never receive the reset password email. It's frustrating to waste time for a supposed $2.29 owed. I won't wait for an email now; I'll be sending a check instead. I'm disappointed with this experience. Something that should have taken minutes turned into an hour of waiting for something that never arrives. I will not recommend Country Door to anyone I know.
