Last week, I was looking for accommodation in or near Grand Rapids, MI. I've been a member of Couchsurfing since around [redacted]. To gain more access and get verified, I recently paid $60 for a lifetime verification. However, upon checking my Visa records, I realized that I had paid $20 for a similar verification in [redacted]. As it seems Couchsurfing lacks customer service, I'm hoping to request a refund of the $60 I recently paid as I need to stick to a tight budget.
